However you don't need a complicated system to use for your business, it really can be kept simple using tools such as Google Drive, Trello and Excel and you can set up automated emails for enquiries.

Business does take time, any systems take time to set up, but using them consistently will pay off.

One example for me was reducing the amount of email time, and it was a lot!, by simply using Trello with my clients.
