USING CANVA FOR YOUR WEDDING BUSINESS
As a wedding business owner you should be creating high quality content to share across your marketing platforms, Pinterest, Instagram and Facebook. Canva is a brilliant online tool to create eye catching graphics, videos and so much more.
If you haven't signed up for Canva yet, you can do so here, there is a free version and a paid version which isn't expensive and I can highly recommend it. There are many advantages to the Pro version which I will talk about in this post.
If you have never been wonderful in the design skills, Canva makes it so easy to create anything from Social Media content to beautiful brochures for your wedding business.
USING CANVA STOCK IMAGES FOR YOUR WEDDING BUSINESS
In the free and paid version of Canva, both include many stock images you can use for your wedding business which is brilliant if you are just starting out, haven't done a styled shoot, maybe have done one but still don't have enough for content creation or just need that image for your business brochures.
Canva has thousands of fonts, images and templates to help you market your wedding business.
CREATE A CANVA TEAM
If you have a team working in your business you can add them to Canva so they can work on your Canva platform creating content for your business. It does cost extra for each team member you add but great if you are working on designs simultaneously. Maybe you have hired a VA to create content for you or have assistants working in your business. You can add them to your Canva Team.
CREATE YOUR WEDDING BUSINESS BRAND CONSISTENCY ON CANVA
Canva offers you the option to create your brand consistency. Cultivating a consistent look for your social media you can set your brand colours, templates and fonts Canva helps you by offering a branding platform you can refer to when creating new graphics, brochures, etc. If you go to the left hand side of Canva you will find your branding kit and can personalise this so it has your business colours, fonts and helps you to remain consistent with your marketing materials.
SHARING CONTENT STRAIGHT FROM CANVA TO YOUR PINTEREST
If you are creating content in Canva and have the Pro version, you can share and schedule your creations directly into other platforms such as Pinterest and Instagram. Canva includes a content planner, this is heaven quite frankly as it saves so much time!
